At Lila, each item is carefully crafted and prepared with attention to detail, especially for customized and embroidered products. Due to the nature of our items, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Exception – Error from Our Side
We take full responsibility if there is a mistake on our end. An exception will be made in the following cases:

The product has a defect or damage

In such cases, we will:

Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for review
